I was having bleeding between my periods and I had been looking for a way to make it stop!I had been to my well renowned OBGYN who told me I should have surgery to make it stop- but the surgery option was incredibly expensive (for those of us who don’t have fabulous insurance) and could leave scar tissue behind- which is not great if I am wanting to get pregnant! And- how it would be a temporary cure for a larger problem. In my thinking it is better to get to the root of the cause and find a long term solution!
So, I feel very blessed and lucky to have come across the New Body Acupuncture website and to find Dr. Wu.
After 11 treatments the bleeding I have had for years stopped. Finally I am only bleeding during my period. Dr. Wu is so patient, kind, and incredibly knowledgeable.
My first appointment with him I told him that I don’t like acupuncture- the needles- the whole thing- but he has certainly changed my mind. Now if I go in tired I come out refreshed and happy, and people see the difference instantly. (just a wonderful side benefit from stopping my bleeding!!)
I really can’t recommend him high enough. I wish that I could help spread the word to let all women who have gone through what I have gone through know that there are other options besides hormone drugs and surgeries! And it costs less!
OOh! I almost forgot! he also took a mole that I have had on my neck off. Easy breezy. Amazing!
So, yeah- he is awesome, his treatments work, and you can feel safe and secure through your healing process.
